When do I get paid?
$500 is paid within 30 days of your referral becoming a qualified lead (they book and attend a revenue audit call). The remaining $2,000 is paid within 30 days of them completing 60 days as an active client.
Is there a limit on how many people I can refer?
No cap. Refer as many operators as you'd like. Every qualified referral that becomes a client earns you the full $2,500.
What counts as a "qualified lead"?
A qualified lead is someone who books a revenue audit call and meets our minimum requirements: professional STR operator with $1M+ in annual bookings and 15+ listings. We're not looking for hobby hosts. We want to help operators who are ready to scale.
Should I introduce them directly, or submit through the form?
Either works. A warm intro (email, text, or in-person) where you personally vouch for us tends to convert best. But if you'd rather just pass along their info and have us reach out, the form works great too. We'll always mention your name so they know the connection.
Will you be pushy with my referral?
Never. We lead with a free revenue audit. Real data, real insights, no hard sell. If it's not a fit, we'll tell them honestly. Your reputation matters more to us than closing a deal.
How will I know the status of my referral?
We'll email you updates at each milestone: when they book a call, when they become a qualified lead ($500 triggered), and when they hit 60 days as a client ($2,000 triggered). You'll always know where things stand.
What if they're already in your pipeline?
If we've already been in active conversation with the prospect before your referral, we'll let you know. Referral credit goes to the first introduction. If they went cold and your referral re-engaged them, we'll honor your referral.
