Our Story
When we launched our Freewyld cabins, we focused heavily on revenue management… and achieved 2X the average ADR and 2X the average occupancy compared to our market.
Talking with successful hosts in our network, we realized they didn’t have anyone truly owning revenue and pricing management. It was usually the CEO juggling this critical function alongside a dozen other priorities. We started with a few clients and quickly discovered even top operators were leaving significant money on the table every month.
