When Daan and Suzanne signed with us in September 2024, they were managing 79 listings across the Netherlands and Belgium. Onboarding began in October 2024 with Jasper Ribbers as the revenue manager.
Why these numbers are deliberately not the whole portfolio
This is not a simple portfolio. The team sells the same building as a whole, as floors, or as individual rooms depending on demand. They regularly replace listings, and they have doubled their listing count since signing.
A whole-portfolio comparison would blur two different things together, and it would understate the year before Foundry: revenue from listings the team has since offloaded is no longer recorded in PriceLabs.
So this case study covers only the five properties that earned revenue in every single month of the year before Foundry and are still operating today. Everything else, including all 80+ listings added since signing, is excluded on purpose. What remains is the cleanest possible signal: identical inventory, before and after.
What we did
- Seasonal pricing tuned per city rather than portfolio-wide
- Market-responsive rate adjustments across city apartments and countryside stays
- Minimum-stay rules rebuilt to protect high-value bookings
- Rate strategy that supports selling the same inventory as wholes, floors, or rooms
Results, same five properties only
In the twelve months before onboarding, October 2023 through September 2024, these five properties earned €876K in stay-date revenue.
The most recent twelve months, August 2025 through July 2026, brought €1.5M on the same five properties. That is 70% more, roughly €610K in added annual revenue on identical inventory.
- €876K to €1.5M, up 70%, on the same five properties
- Every one of the five grew, from 22% to 140% each
- Not included: the other 80+ listings they added while scaling from 79 to 160
Where they are now
Today the full portfolio runs 160 listings across the Netherlands and Belgium. We do not publish a whole-portfolio revenue comparison for this client: revenue from listings offloaded along the way is no longer recorded in PriceLabs, so any before-and-after portfolio number would understate where they started.
Doubling the portfolio at that pace was possible partly because pricing was handled, and every listing added along the way came onto the same system from day one.
“It’s a great job.”
