When we first met Jairo and his sister and business partner Jasmine in January 2024, they were already a serious South Florida operator. The early audit phase moved fast: RevPAR up 21% in month one and 36% in month two, Superhost status secured, and distribution diversified beyond Airbnb into Vrbo and Booking.com. In April 2024, the portfolio became a full Foundry client.
How we measure this
These numbers compare only the 32 listings that earned revenue throughout the year before Foundry and are still selling today.
The portfolio itself stayed near stable, consolidating slightly from 54 listings to 50. That makes this one of the cleanest pricing comparisons in our book. Almost nothing here is portfolio change. It is the same inventory priced better.
What we did
- Event pricing for everything from F1 weekend to the 2026 World Cup, where one early booking landed at nearly four times the prior year’s nightly rate
- Market-responsive daily rate adjustments across the portfolio
- Multi-channel rate strategy across Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com
Results, same listings only
In the twelve months before Foundry, April 2023 through March 2024, those 32 listings earned $901K in stay-date revenue.
The most recent twelve months, August 2025 through July 2026, brought $1.1M on the same listings. That is up 26%, roughly $237K in added annual revenue on identical inventory.
- $901K to $1.1M, up 26%, on the same 32 listings
- Market penetration up from 13% above their market to 33% above it
- March 2026 was the portfolio’s best month on record
The whole portfolio
The portfolio count held near stable, from 54 listings to 50, but they also replaced listings along the way. Including everything PriceLabs tracks today, revenue went from $1.1M to $2M across the same twelve-month windows.
Where they are now
Today the portfolio has surpassed 10,000 guest reviews, added new units in spring 2026, and continues to outpace its market on penetration.
“Taking pricing off our plate let us focus on what we do best, delivering exceptional guest experiences.”
